Statement of Commitment

CADTH is fully committed to the intent of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and meeting the diverse needs of our employees, customers, and guests, including those with disabilities, in a timely manner.

We are committed to eliminating barriers and improving accessibility to our products, services, and facilities in a manner that respects dignity, independence, integration, and equality of opportunity.

CADTH welcomes persons with a disability to use their own assistive devices when accessing products or services. These assistive devices may include but are not limited to: support persons, service animals, communication aids, cognition aids, mobility aids, and medical aids.

CADTH conducts its communications in a manner that takes the disabilities of people into account.

Customers can expect to receive an acknowledgement within two (2) business days from date of receipt.  Response time to the feedback will depend on the nature of the issue, but will not exceed 15 business days, unless there are extenuating circumstances involved.
